We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand registration to join our Pathways Auckland peer-led support team based in Papatoetoe.
This position is casual, working anywhere between 7:00am to 11:30pm (AM shift – 7:00am to 3:30pm, PM shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pm), so you will be required to work on an as needed when needed basis.
You will support people experiencing mental distress/illness to identify and meet their individual health and social care needs and support them to re-connect with community services and take control of their own lives.

You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Auckland peer-led support team, this is a service that is an alternative to a hospital admission and can house up to 10 guests, working in a team of 14 peer support specialists and 3 registered mental health nurses – all with a common purpose to support people experiencing mental illness.
We are interested to hear from candidates who hold a New Zealand registration as a Nurse and who have the ability to work with the people we support and bringing out the best of them with your clinical skills and knowledge.
